Warranty Claim Procedure:

1. Purchaser shall provide via E-mail or mail, the name, address, and phone number, a detailed diagnosis, estimate that includes part numbers and breakdown of labor of scope and nature of work to be done. Phone 712-477-2700. Email jeff@richarzrepair.com 2. The original sales invoice must accompany all claims. Purchaser must keep receipts showing dates, mileage and service performed and/or materials purchased and furnish them to jeff@richarzrepair.com when presenting a claim. 3. Purchaser must agree to return to Richars Repair, Inc. all replaced and damaged parts. Unless otherwise instructed by Richarz Repair 4. Any requested information to resolve the claim must be submitted within 30 days of the claim being filed otherwise it will be considered denied and closed.

Vendor Warranty:

Some new and used parts may carry a vendor warranty and are not covered directly by Richarz Repair LLC. Richarz Repair will return the defective part to the vendor it was purchased from along with any other documentation or information requested by the vendor. Evaluation can take up to 90 days and credit is at the discretion of the vendor. Credit will not be issued to the purchaser unless Richarz Repair is issued credit from the vendor. In some cases, only partial credit will be issued and passed on to purchaser.

Used Parts Warranty:

An “As-Is” warranty applies to all Body, Boom, Cab, Driveshaft, Electrical, and Tank components. 30 Day Parts Only Warranty: This applies to used, A/C, Axle, Cooling, Engine, Hydraulic, Steering, and Transmission components.

Product Returns:

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return the item for a refund of the part price within 30 days of your purchase. The part must be returned in the same uninstalled, and unaltered condition that it left. All returns may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. No Returns on Electronic Components Refunds: Part Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt of the part and the proper paperwork. A check will be issued and mailed from the business office to the Billing Address listed on the invoice. Freight Charges: Freight charges incurred on returned parts and cores are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we do not refund freight charges.
